These videos represent an award Michael recently received. As we understand it, he is the only Christian artist to have been presented with such an award from the United States Marine Corps. Michael was surprised by this presentation at a solo concert he performed for the Noonday Baptist Church — Pastored by Billy Moss, in Marietta, Georgia on July 26, 2009.

The presenter is RP2 Kevin E. Rodgers from (IMEF (FWD) which stands for I Marine Expeditionary Force (Forward). The gentleman assisting Kevin on the stage is Fire Department Captain Tim McClung of Cartersville, GA.
