Michael's Christmas tour with Casting Crowns is now over. It was a great time of ministry and celebration of the Savior's birth! Thank you for your continued prayers for Michael and God's work through him!

We have added a Forum (Talk) feature to the website. You can use it to write letters to Michael or talk with each other about how the Lord is working through Michael's ministry. You can find the old 'Letters' page through the link on the 'Letters' forum.

Michael recently had the privilege to travel to the Bahamas with PraiseFest Ministries on their "2008 Cruise with a Cause" This was a remarkable mission trip! Michael sang a couple of times on the ship, at a huge concert and at a high school in Nassau. At the high school he sang a couple songs and gave his testimony. Pastor Jim Raley from Calvary Christian Center, Ormond Beach, FL also spoke ... 300 teens responded to the invitation to accept Christ!

Results of all mission work ... 10,250 plus documented decisions for Christ, 9400 came from the schools! The follow up with these people has already begun! This ministry has a 65% sticking rate from previous mission trips! We hope you will support this ministry and try to participate in their next cruise, you will be blessed!

Michael's song, "Holding Out Hope to You" is being used on some public service announcements for the North Treasure Coast Chapter of the American Red Cross. Here is a link to one of them on YouTube.

Want Michael to sign his book or CD? When you go to one of his concerts, if there is a “meet and greet” — often there is — he will usually sign the merchandise sold after the concert.

If you remember the group Chicago, you may also remember one of their lead vocalists Bill Champlin. On Champlin's newest soon-to-be-released CD, titled “No Place Left to Fall,” Michael sings background vocals. We'll be posting more details and news here so check back often .

Trivia: Did you know Michael is a passionate gardener? He is a veritable encyclopedia regarding species of plants, where they will best thrive and how to best care for them.
